January 1, 2010 (Mountain View, CA) – Robert Brownstone, Law & Technology Director and co-chair of the Electronic Information Management Practice Group at Fenwick & West LLP, was quoted in the ABA Journal article "E-Degree: Group Seeks Standards for Discovery Workers."

The article addresses the rapidly developing field of E-Discovery and the knowledge level of various legal industry professionals including lawyers, technical support staff and the judiciary, as well as efforts made to educate the legal community on e-discovery practices by the Los Angeles-based Organization of Legal Professionals. Mr. Brownstone commented, "There is a compelling need for lawyers and other legal workers to be as expert as possible in electronic information issues and there is a huge gap between those who know all the nuts and bolts and those who dont know anything. For lawyers, the level of understanding is very mixed."
