(NASDAQ: CNQR), leading provider of on-demand Employee Spend Management services, in its convertible note offering that closed today. Concur raised $287,500,000 through the sale of its 2.5% convertible senior notes due 2015 in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers, and intends to use the proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions and strategic transactions.
