February 23, 2010 (Mountain View, CA) – Fenwick & West LLP represented its client VUDU, Inc., a leading provider of digital technologies and services that enable the delivery of entertainment content directly to broadband high-definition TVs and Blu-ray players, based in Santa Clara, CA, in its recently announced acquisition by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT), the world's largest retailer.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close within the next few weeks.
