September 11, 2008 (Mountain View, CA) — Fenwick & West LLP represented Natus Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: BABY) in its acquisition of NeuroCom International, Inc., a developer of computerized systems for the assessment and rehabilitation of balance and mobility disorders. Natus will pay $18 million in cash for NeuroCom. The transaction is expected to be completed in early October 2008.
